描述
Adds a new heavy class weapon to the game. This is my first blender project so go easy on me :D. To avoid spoilers for those adventurous ones of you check below :D

Meitou is found on "The Lore Keeper" who is with the mechanists at world's end, he also carries blueprint
Physical weapon only found at scraphouse
Blueprint can be found in ancient (tech)/() lab, at scraphouse and at the great library

I like the design and its stats too... the problem is that it is too strong since it is a heavy weapon, which means it has an extremely fast attack for weighing so little, anyway I love it:beeped:

It is pretty buffed but that's also the reason that it is so hard, both blueprint and blade.
