描述

Changes all the syringe items to be a bit more detailed and have some of their liquid dripping out into a shape that helps identify which syringe it is.

- Experimental Treatment gets a question mark.
- Growth hormones gets a buff Isaac.
- Roid Rage gets a big fist.
- Speed Ball gets a running Isaac.
- Synthoil gets a buff arm.
- The Virus gets a submicroscopic infectious agent.
- Adrenaline gets a panicking Isaac.
- Euthanasia gets a skull and crossbones.
- Broken Syringe gets swirls and rainbows.

Yeah, syringe retextures aren't original but I wanted to have a go myself. Enjoy!

for a second i thought the road rage was flipping Issac of and i thought that was perfect XD

@RonRon™ - I originally planned to do that with a black syringe with a black skull and crossbones drip, but I thought the tear projectile shared the same sprite (so it would look bad).

But after testing that, they're separate! I may make an alternate version if more peoples want it
