The illustration is showing abstract monster-wolf and a creepy hands/dark forest that symbolizes nightmares, as well, as the eyes is showing "suffering from the nightmares" idea.

"1000-7" is a reference to a "Tokyo Ghoul" anime;

"I'm sad to know you" is a reference to XXXTentacion - Sad song;

"01001000 01000101 01001100 01010000" on a binary ASCII code means "Help";

"捕夢網" - means "Dreamcatcher" on Chinese language;

"Z+X+C" is a refence to the DOTA2 game ("Shadow Fiend" combo);

"Sleep has stolen too much" - is a metaphor to the "Insomnia", that I'm feeling pretty often for a recent year;

Creepy monster-hands that coming out of the door lens is a reference to the "AWP-MID-DOORS" on the "DE_DUST_2" map;

You might notice paper-drawing concept with a wolf, that was my initial idea that I painted more than 6 years ago. I finally got an opportunity to put it on the gun design.
