Insane population buffs, start in 1910, 4000 turns, everyone starts with 0 infulence, no alliances, troop ships have no offensive combat power (still have defensive combat power). I made this mod for me and my brother, feel free to use it, some of the countries (I.E Ottoman Empire) are collapsing into civil war right off the get go so if your country is broken just break it into smaller ones based on nationality/religion. <br><br>Oh yeah also buffed SERBIA becuase that's the one I started as this play thru.
