描述

Incentivizes Duplicants to prefer eating leftover, more stale food to minimize food wasted to rotting. Also adds a freshness control slider to Refrigerators and Ration Boxes to allow only fresh foods to be stored in them.

Features

Duplicants will prefer food stacks with a lower freshness when all other factors are equal, limiting waste due to rotting leftovers. Note that Duplicants will still prefer closer food, and food with a higher Food Quality, before choosing older leftovers.
A minimum food freshness can now be specified for Refrigerator and Ration Box to disallow food staler than a user set threshold from being stored there.
- This setting does not apply to items that cannot rot like Berry Sludge or Medicine.
- This setting tends to work best with Auto-Sweeper due to how Duplicant fetch chores are batched.
Tiny Food chunks of less than ten grams (most commonly generated by rounding errors) will disappear when rotting instead of generating Polluted Dirt.

A long time, many mods including this one began crashing for me so I rage quit. Now I began a new game. Mods still crashed including this one. I got one of the mod updaters that doesn't crash, and updated mods. Some mods still crashed. I rebuild my mod list gradually. There are still some favorite mods that crash. However this mod does work for me now. No crash, ftidges have freshness setting, and dupes appear to eat older food first. Wohoo! I turned off all DLC so I don't know about DLC. Try enabling only this mod and I think you can get it to work. Then add other mods. I have around 30 mods running.

А зачем дупликанты вместо бургеров едят мои сладкие батончики? (могу ошибаться) просто я увидел их лежащие возле столиков (они там не могли случайно оказаться)

Ответьте если это ошибка в коде либо механика

Не замечала чтоб был такой ползунок в рефрижираторе. Мод точно работает?

It's at least not breaking things for me. I just turned it off tho, because I don't have enough polluted dirt and way too much food anyway, so waste some!

Thanks for the mod! Could someone definitely tell whether it is working with the latest version of the game? (I've read some latest comments and they are unsettling). Thanks again.
