Well, shoot, if I'm honest I used epoe when I was playing, dwarf fortress sucked me back so its been a hot minute since I've played rimworld.
So unfortunately I can't inherently help too too much more, but my assumption is that the rot can be fixed by adding a patch operation to simply add the...I think its rottable comp but you should be able to double check it off either vanilla rottable foods or better yet, the rbse patch.
Just copy paste that, and have it apply it to qee organs, would be a passable fix I suspect.
As for organ rejection...I'm less sure, but a similar technique may help.
The easiest solution was, curiously enough, I believe, just ignoring RBSE and ditching the patch. To my understanding, it somehow fixed it.
I couldn't tell you *WHY* anymore, but I'm poking through chatlogs in the discord linked somewhere above, so results are hazy.
Does the mod work with RBSE at all?
