This is a reupload of the GD downburst particle I uploaded a few years ago. This is the exact same dupe as the one I originally uploaded, just with a new icon and description.

Features:
- Cube with moderately sized downburst attached
- Realistic rain and wind particles for scenebuilding and roleplaying
