I noticed that when one takes the Organise the Blackshirts focus, unlocking the decisions to stage rallies, something seems to have stopped working as intended:
The rally decisions cost no pp, and when taking them the usual followup events don't fire. They also tend to reappear within a day of selecting them. There are no icons on the map which would normally be clicked on to hold marches. Instead, it highlights Northern Ireland. I also spotted a decision called "on_map_mode" which costs 26pp and organises a march in Northern Ireland. After taking this decision, it disappears and isn't seen again.
Were I to hazard a guess, there may be an error in the ENG.txt file in mod/common/decisions or another such file. I couldn't observe any issues with just IIF2.0 and IE enabled and the compatch disabled.
I'll perform a clean reinstall again and get back to you if that fixes the issue. Apologies in advance for taking up more of your time.
