@Big Boss that's not correct. What happened is he was trapped for so long that it grew back naturally, eventually reaching a length that allowed him to topple the structure. Basically, they forgot to check up on him to keep trimming his hair to lock him into the weakened state.

@Big Macc His hair grows back after praying to God which gave him the strength to topple the pillars, taking the phillistines and his own life
