Isaac's Heart is mean

how tf gnawed leaf is crap. it's literally a run winner with a single orbital.

also dont forget that isaacs heart now attempts to hide "behind" the player while he's shooting

and it still makes you invincible to creep, spikes and curse rooms

quality was assigned before buffs and nerfs (also shoutout to gnawed leaf for being quality 1)

also my point still stands. the ability to abuse blood don machines and demon beggars (along with essentially every self-damage item) was absurdly broken

Since when Heart was nerfed...

It no longer allows you to abuse machines and beggars but that's an obvious change tbf

The added charge attack is great at keeping enemies away.

What not to like?

@Eevs You got a good point, but for any other character Isaac's Heart still f*cks you over, even more after the nerf, at least you could get infinite blood donation machine plays before :(
