Deon - Yeah you can create a new mod, do whatever you have to do.

Uh oh Bickley, that will not work. You are simply replacing texture names instead of modifying weapon entries, so your mod will always replace vanilla textures.

Could you create a different mod where you use custom texture names and assign them to weapons, or if you dont mind, I could make an ideology style mod and add you as coauthor.
