***Savegame and the latest MK1212 update compatible***

NOT COMPATIBLE with any other generals reskin mod
NOT COMPATIBLE with MK1212AD Generals and Agents reskin

Load order: put this mod above MK1212 Base pack - Campaign Alpha


Main goal of this mod is purely cosmetic improvement of variation for generals using all available or for some reason previously unused 3d assets from the original mod. + to fix anoying invisible sprites bug and other visual bugs, variation problems with units

Faction leaders and Generals:

Tried to match 3d model with the portrait as close as it's possible

Improved variations of faces, helments, shields, cloacks for:

- Kievan Rus, Galicia–Volhynia and other minor rus factions
- West Europe generic factions
- Teutonic Order
- Poland and Lithuania
- Ayubids, Abbasids and Arabic factions
- Scotland and Ireland
- Cumans
- Mongols
- Seljuks
- Cilicia and Georgia
- Volga Bulgars
- Denmark
- Holy Roman Empire and Latin Empire
- all not mentioned factions were reworked if I noticed any issue with generals variation
- Fixed grey beards and hair to match portraits for Arabic generals and Balcan factions (Epirus, Bulgaria, Serbia)
(ex. general spawns 20 years of age with already grey beard. why? is it realistic? - probably life in medieval times was more stressfull indeed )
- Completely reworked Swiss faction leader to use unique swiss 3d model assets from the original mod, that were created for swiss generals but for some reason were not used in the game. (ex. Swiss faction leader that you can see on the screen has unique swiss hat model that has name "swiss_general_hat" but was not used in the mod ). Previously Swiss faction leader looked like generic crossbowman from militia.


Units:

fixed bugs connected with unit variations and appearence ( eg. invisible sprites) for:
- Jerusalem units
- Rus units
- Latin units
- Byzantine units
- Arabic units
- Hispanic units
- Crusader units
- Cumans
- Scottish units
- French units
- HRE units
- English units

NOT COMPATIBLE with any other generals reskin mod
NOT COMPATIBLE with MK1212AD Generals and Agents reskin

Pope model in battle when animated might have issues, its difficult to check cos pope never fights

thanks, Tycherious. Pls check if pope model is ok during battles and on the campaign map. I have doubds it works ok. I give you permission to create Sicily and England submod using my mod, but leave reference.

@WhyXelsink This is such an amazing submod! I am wondering if you could release a version that just changes Sicily and England and do you know if there's a way to get the old HRE emperor back (the one with the heavy armour that shows up in unit portraits)?

I'd be happy to try to do it myself with your permission!

Nevertheless, love playing with this.
