WhySoFurious' Lords & Heroes (Revived) + Necrarch Brotherhood Unlocked

This is a revived version of WhySoFurious' Additional Lords & Heroes.

Now with playable Necrarch Brotherhood!


Lord and Heroes list:

► Genevieve Dieudonnè → Hero available for the Empire/Reikland, right from the start, spawns near Altdorf.
► Dieter Helsnicht → Legendary Lord available for the Vampire Counts, a dilemma will trigger at turn 16, with a choice of spawning him in the lords pool or spawn him near Nordland with a 4-units force (you'll need to pay a small amount of money for that).
► Zacharias the Everliving → Legendary Lord available for the Necrarch Brotherhood, right from the start, spawns near Ka Sabar.

Necrarch Brotherhood unlocked:

WhySoFurious made some really cool characters. But Zacharias is hidden behind the Necrarch Brotherhood faction! Don't you want to be able to play as him? Yeah, I thought so.
So! I've unlocked the Necrarch Brotherhood faction so it can be selected from the campaign selection menu, and given it some unique faction effects based on lore (winds of magic) and function (skellies in the badlands). I may end up fleshing the faction out more in the future, but I haven't settled on a direction for it so ideas and suggestions are welcome. I won't have any new big content for it soon, so don't wait to give it a try. :)

What happened to Konrad and Mallobaude?
Xoudad and Mixu each made stellar mods around those characters. To be compatible with those mods I took them out of this one. Get those instead here:
- Xoudad's Konrad & Sylvanian Levy
- Mixu's Mousillon.

Is this compatible with Jenosite's Bad Legendary Lords? They both have Zacharias...
Yes. Use MCT to disable Jenosite's Zacharias and only this WsF Zacharias will spawn.

Is this compatible with my favorite overhaul?
Eh, ish? The stats won't be balanced for it, but yeah it will probably still work.

I unlocked Genevieve's [spell] but it's not available?
Genevieve has access to a ton of spells. Press the arrow button by the winds of magic to select which school of magic you want her to cast.
