Minecraft eating sound effect replaces healing sound

Replaces the healing sound from medkits into the Minecraft eating sound effect.

This is my first mod so expect rookie mistakes. Also, I reconstructed the eating sound; the minecraft eating sounds are composed of three sound files with less than a second of duration, which are later played at random to make the eating sound (plus the burp at the end, which make it 4 sounds in total). So I made a 5 second long version of the eating sound effect and I tried to avoid making it as repetitve as possible. The final result may sound a little slower than the one in Minecraft.
