[REC] Sirius-C class cruiser

Originally a battlefield modification on the Sirius-B "Corel", the Sirius-C class is a variant of the Sirius-B. It trades some cargo space and firepower for a forward hangar that can hold a few small fighters or other small grid craft. Due to the rather large decrease in firepower and armor however, it was downgraded from a heavy cruiser to a standard cruiser. Despite this, REC high command liked the concept and ordered several Sirius-Bs under construction to be refitted to the C variant.
