Talon Frigate (Naonite level)

描述
The Talon is a Naonite level ship with fast speed and high maneuverability. Low target profile and multiple weapon hardpoints along with 25k shielding. Has an open cockpit ready to be detailed.

Built with 2.0 compliance and some frameworks available to upgrade.

A SivCorp commissioned design.

This ship has rapidly become a favorite, hasn't it?

I love this ship as well, and have also incorporated torpedo launchers into the bottom of the ship. I followed the flow of the "engine intakes" and created an armored shroud for the torp launchers, to prevent them getting shot off in battle.

It's a fast little guy, for sure, especially once upgraded to full Trinium. Depending on what difficulty you play on, I'd recommend replacing the standard hull with Trinium Armor. It's got enough durability for small engagements, but I wouldn't solo against a pirate sector with it.

Torpedo Production (mod) makes this ship a devastating, high-mobility quick-strike vessel capable of strafing runs, pursuit, and pretty much anything else you'd want to do with it.

This is one awesome ship. I've made various modifications to it as I've been playing. Worked torp launchers into the sides where I've added more turret slots, added hangers to the underneath working it into the design.

The ship handles so well and upgrades brilliantly. Mine's currently 12 slots and with current subsystems (having not that long breached the barrier) is sitting at 350k hull, 2.5m shield having converted the hull to trinium and other bits up to some oganite. This one's going the distance!

It's a a beast :)

The most annoying thing about this ship is trying to find a better one to move into! This ship rocks! <3 Anyone got any suggestions for uses of the framework?

Yeah, do note this ship is for Beta!
I am currently working on updating ships now for the 2.0 gameplay.
The first lineup of 2.0 capability ships will be my Mandalorian line. Stay tuned :)
