Pog Buckets

Turns some buckets in Downpour and Dross into PogBuckets. This is a Revscarecrow/Jabroni Mike meme. This mod is not intended for those who wish to maintain their sanity or dignity.

Since it looks like this will be used onstream, I cleaned up the sprites a bit and updated it to add some extra features:

+ Configurable pog chance. Do you want pog always? Sometimes? Rarely? It's configurable, just install ModConfigLoader or edit save1.dat in the mod's config folder.

+ Compatible with other mods that replace tilesets. Uses dynamic tile replacement via code in order to do so.
