This small ORBAT Addon attempts to recreate the forces present during the Normandy invasion and Operation Dragoon leading to the liberation of France in 1944
Includes:
U.S Forces
British Forces
Canadian Forces
Dutch Forces
Belgian Forces
Free French Forces with French Resistance
Polish Forces
German Forces

U.S, U.K, and Canada include all divisions present during the invasion of Normandy, and the U.S also has the divisions present during Operation Dragoon.

@DesignerWarfare From my research the Thompson was allotted in a batch of six to an infantry company only weeks after the landings, but it seems ranger units (specifically officers) had dedicated Thompsons issued out from the beginning of the French campaign.

I've spotted maybe one or two, but other then that most of the squads are mainly rifleman. I do agree with media over-portraying their presence, but at least 2-3 per depending the division would or at least in the hands of NCO+ would seem fitting.

@DesignerWarfare There are units with the Thompson, it is just not as common as typical media presents them to be.

Great mod but there def should be more SMG troops in some factions, especially the US Army 1944. There's no units currently carrying thompsons.
