Stuff that alter the Gameplay, some minor while others quite much.

About "Replica minigunner from F.E.A.R": It may not change the Damage the Arachnoids deal, nor their Health, but I think it changes their Hitbox so it'd make sense, but then they're harder to hit, hence why I consider it a Gameplay Modification despite the similarities.
