New 4-3-3 tactic that won me the Championship in my 1st season as Derby County. With Pr0's latest update ➡️ https://www.fmscout.com/users/pr0.html Derby start with only around 10 players and 0 in the bank to spend on transfers.

✔️ Predicted to be relegated finished 1st
✔️ Only lost once in the league all season
✔️ Most points in a Championship season ever with 109 points
✔️ Equaled the all time of record of most league wins in a season with 32 wins
✔️ New record of 39 matches without losing in the Championship
✔️ My Goalkeeper set the record for 24 Clean Sheets in a season
✔️ 2nd top goalscorer of the league with 24 goals
✔️ Reached the Quarter final of the Carabao Cup


I sold Davies, Jozwiak, Shinnie, Forsyth, Roos, Kazim-Richards & Wisdom for a combined total of 6,156,000 and used the money to sign 5 players on loan & 8 free transfers. Laird, Garner, Balogun. Ampadu & Branthwaite on Loan. Van Beek, Simunovic, Williams, Paterson, McQueen, Bettinelli & Diedhiou on free.

After 8 years of flirting with the title, this tactic has me P26 L0 in the prem. Changed the dm to an am (su), and added 'get stuck in'. This is great setup,

Personally I've always got better results with Inverted Winger/Support role so tend to go with that. It will still work with Inside Forward I reckon but I wouldn't putting both the LW and RW on Attack as the Full Backs are also both on Attack. Usually this causes the opposition team to score easily on counter attacks down the wings. Give it a try tho if you like mate, let me know how you get on.
