Odd's Config Tweaks & Starting Soldier - Season 6

描述
This mod adds Commander Odd's self insert character as a Starting Soldier by modifying the Jane Kelly Starting Soldier mod. It also adds brand new localisation for the Director Kelly/Field Intelligence Officer class, all to Odd's specifications.


Alongside this, it includes some config edits for some of the mods in the modpack, which are important to share to get the same experience:

  • Proficiency Class Pack - Disables Vanilla Class GTS perks.
  • Scamper For Scouts - Adds the scamper ability to all stealth related perks in the Proficiency Class packs
  • Neonate Viper & Derelict MEC - Makes them Followers Only and dictates which Leaders they can follow.
  • EU Aim Rolls - Prevents some Aim Roll dialogue popups.
  • Mechatronic Warfare Perk Pack - Updates Sparks to use this pack. (Not needed for those who use the full version of Mechatronic Warfare). - Only have EITHER Mechatronic Warfare OR Mechatronic Warfare Perk Pack enabled.
  • Yellow Alert 2.0 - Changed Reinforcements to Always Defend on reflex action.
  • Point Based Not Created Equal - Added randomisation to PsiOffense and set HP randomisation PlusOne = False, in line with Odd's pre-season local changes.
  • Base Game - Rebalanced the level gating for soldier rewards.

Scamper for scouts is bugged, odd made the swap to Xcom Scamper, with the config set for only the discovering soldier to scamper. @imberknight.

Please release an independent mod for the Neonate and Derelict fix, because it's only present in mass tweak packs.

it'll show missing dependancy for 1 or other of the mechatronic packs, depending on which you are using. can safely be ignored.

AML says this mod has missing dependencies. Any idea why it would see this?

No, I assume it was one of the changes shiremct made in the main proficiency class pack
