There left enemies are: Quake Grimace, Dragonfly and Hardhost, there is also the Whipper and it's variants but the sprite change was very subtle.

If there are any other antibirth enemies that got a sprite change in repentance (besides this, rotgut, bishops, and quakeys which already get mods), please tell me so I can make a mod for it!
