The falling "meteors" on the Darkblaze and Hellfire unusual effects both have colored glows.
For some reason, demonflame lacks a similar glow.

I have provided an updated version of item_fx.pcf. This version is identical in all respects to the in-game version, save for the following change:
- I have created a particle called "unusual_meteor_fireball_small_glow_green" and added it to Demonflame
- The colors I chose for the glow particle are similar to other ones used in the effect, and thus should not look out of place
