Satellite Radar School Bus

A long time ago, there was a man. Some say he was extremely skinny. Some say he was kinda portly. Some say he didn't exist at all. Others even go as far to say that he was an alien. Nobody really knows for sure.


This man, for what is known, was born in the year 1947 in Roswell, New Mexico. This guy supposedly was highly obsessed with UFOs and joined a UFO watchers community who drove around the U.S. UFO hunting. At some point, this man seemingly lost total touch with reality and by the mid 80's, starting believing that the government was plotting against him. This guy started creating hidden bunkers, and started spying on government bases. Some of the people who used to be in the UFO watchers community also joined him.


This person never usually stayed in one place, but had multiple bases of his own located in abandoned factories, mines, and other buildings. He even had dug out deep underground bunkers and tunnel networks underneath some of the buildings. He also had a large fleet of vehicles, mostly pickups and vans, but a few larger vehicles including old buses and RVs. His main vehicle, that was used as a mobile mission HQ, was an old yellow school bus with a Radar dish bolted to the roof. The bus was purchased and/or stolen under unknown circumstances most likely during the late 80's. The school bus had all sorts of technology inside, including high tech computers and long range radar. He used this vehicle quite often.


When the year 1990 rolled around, the CIA got a whiff of what this guy was up to, and started tracking him themselves. But, as it turns out, him and his followers where notoriously hard to keep track of. Rumour had it that he had a way of knowing when they where being followed. It took the CIA until 1995 to finally find him. 4 car chases are on record being involved with the man, two of which where in this specific bus. However, all times he always managed to get away one way or another. In 1997, they managed to get a picture of the bus, and in 1998, a private photographer got another. No other pictures of the vehicle where captured at the time.


In the year 2004, the man seemingly had vanished into thin air. This also including this bus, and all his henchmen. The CIA tried to find him, but failed. However, the story doesn't end here. In 2014, a group of teenagers in a minivan where driving down a lonely mountain road, when, all of a sudden, their minivans electronics completely shut down. The teenagers, confused, got out, and seeing a bright bluish-green light, went to investigate. What was producing the light, seemed to be an extremely rusty and slightly modified version of the same yellow school bus with radar dish on the roof from all those years ago. One of the teenagers managed to snap a photo, right before a large hissing noise came from the bus, and everything went dark. The teenagers, knocked unconscious, eventually woke up and got up, and looked around for the bus, but found no remains of it what-so-ever. The local police got involved, but turned up zero clues. The only thing that proved that the event ever happened was the one photo.


Another person in the same general area claimed to have seen the bus drive at incredibly high speeds in-front of his cabin in 2015, but no real evidence was found of this. Other stories surfaced about other vehicles that where owned by the same person, but none quite as fascinating as the 2014 incident. Most of the other stories where also proven fake.


Ever since this happening, it has been speculated by people that the bus can time travel and is either nuclear powered or possibly powered by some sort of other-worldly power source. At this point, however, none of this has been proven. The real truth about the bus will probably be never really be known...
