Play as Blackmore from Jojo's Bizarre Adventure Part 7: Steel Ball Run. He has a few tricks up his sleeve but is still mostly a Sandbert clone..

N Special - A chargeable slash that encases a foe in manipulated rain once fully charged, (the attack freezes).
F Special - A charging stab that deals good damage on the last hit.
U Special - Blackmore becomes Mary Poppins, he floats upwards with an umbrella.
D Special - A trapping that, if it hits, stuns the hit and makes Blackmore perform additional hits.
