ATAC Roma - MAN Lion's Intercity

ATAC S.p.A. (acronym for Azienda Tramvie e Autobus of the Municipality of Rome) is the in-house company that holds a large part of the local public transport service and the management of supplementary services, such as toll parking and exchange parking lots, in the territory of Rome. In particular, the company manages: on behalf of the Roma Capitale body, which is its sole shareholder, the entire tramway, metro, trolleybus network and a large part of the city bus network, while it operates on behalf of the Lazio region, as railway company and infrastructure manager, three railways: Rome-Civita Castellana-Viterbo, Rome-Giardinetti and Rome-Lido. It is one of the largest public transport companies in Europe and is the first in Italy.
