More Tech Info

Simply reworks the language files for all techs in the game to make navigating the "tech tree" a bit easier!
Fully ironman compatible and can be played with unmodded players.

Please let me know if you notice any mistakes. Honestly I wouldn't be surprised if there were a few hiding in here. Also I do not have any of the species packs so any techs added by them are not supported yet.

Current features:
*adds tech tier to name of tech
*adds list of techs that the tech is a prerequisite for

Planned features (unsure when I might get to these, this mod was very tedious to make,,,):
*add back in original descriptions above tech list
*add in tech category icons for each tech in tech list
*do any potential species pack techs once i get the dlcs
*do the repeatables (low priority cause they only show up at the end anyways)
