NOW MULTIPLE ADOPTION FRIENDLY :) ( but if you dont want/have the multiple adoption mod there is another version of my mod available on nexus http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/53613/? )
This is a player home that doesn't just add a new house to Morthal, but completely integrates it into the city so you don't even realize it's a mod. Includes mannequins, display's, weapon rack's, safe storage, enchanting station, alchemy workbench, navmesh and more. The house is located next to Falion's house. Really. It's like a part of Morthal.

Fully Navmeshed
Absolutely BEAUTIFUL View (like seriously I just sat on one of my benches outside and enjoyed the view)

Head over to http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/29249/? to get the multiple adoption mod if you're interested. TMPhoenix does some really nice work.

I tested this many times and cleaned it with tesvedit. Let me know if you have ANY suggestions at all. I'm a people pleaser so don't hesitate to let me know what you want to see in this mod.

by itself it actually works with out the bigger bolder holds-morthal

this is actually a good mod but it conflicts with bigger bolder holds-morthal, when i mean conflict is that it overlaps with bigger bolder holds- morthal but the game still plays
