yes this character has a full moveset


up special: cancellable diagonal airdash either right or left (not proj immune lol)
forward special: coca cola
neutral special: cirno fumo summon, can make coca cola stronger if it hits her
down special: el transporte

This character feels like they were made too well, one of the funnest i've played and the fact it feels like a legit character is amazing. The win screen is the ultimate prize.
