yeah, that scene did happen, but wasn't it a bluff when they said it? correct me if I'm wrong, I haven't watched firefly in a long time.

Also, OmniOmega, can confirm that both of those scenes did happen. (I can practically do the dialogue from the whole show by memory.)

... thing had no guns... :P there was literally a scene... :P but hey, with an engine that big, the blastback is likely fairly powerful in itself (i *think* there was a scene about that too, while they were gonna crank it, in atmosphere? can anyone confirm?) this thing should have all it's weapon points located in the back, as if that bigass engine IS it's weapon system. :)

Absolutely not. Serenity is the name of the spaceship which is a firefly-class vessel. You should check your facts PR PUNISHER.

The ships name is the Firefly, serenity is the movie....
