Adds Foiled Cards and King Suites to your game!

Foiled cards are like Tarot cards except when used, they provide an amplified effect.

King Suites maximize the count of its associated collectible on use. For example, a King of Spades will grant you 99 keys.

Both of these card types have a chance to replace their regular card counterparts when they spawn. This chance is increased if the player has the Lil' Scale trinket, and further increased if the player is holding Mom's Box in addition.

All cards support EID!
