[REC] Novator class support carrier

The Novator class support carrier is designed to do one thing, carry fighters wherever they need to go. However unlike most other carriers in the REC fleet, the Novator can carry every type of fighter in the REC arsenal, due to the fact that there is no hangar. It has one massive landing pad on the top with 5 smaller pads on the port side to hold smaller fighters such as Thunderstreaks. It is also equipped with a decent amount of cargo space and a large medbay to support large battlegroups and defense fleets that don't usually don't travel with dedicated cargo and medical ships.

This is most likely going to be one of my last SE builds for a little while. I'm going to have a lot going on in life soon and SE has been sort of... stale lately. The updates haven't exactly been stellar, so unless this next one is game changing I see no reason to keep playing and posting ships as much as I used too. On second thought, I can't escape. I found so many BP's in my BP menu and couldn't let them go to waste, and this game is too addicting
