Nyakuza Jacket Fix

This an asset replacement that fills the void inside the Nyakuza varsity jacket with a simple white shirt.
This is not a standard asset replacement; rather, it is script-based, meaning it should be much more stable than the standard fare.
The only known issue is that the vanilla jacket model comes back upon quick-swapping hats. The fix is to open any menu (emote wheel, pause menu, etc.) or use the selected hat's ability a few times.
