Residential House LDR3 3x2 RICO 1-228-1

A two-storey house with 2 families (in the game).
Typical soviet house in middle 20th century.
Series 1-228-1.
Architects S. Selivanovsky and S. Turgenev.

This is a mini-pack that includes two versions of the building with left and right orientation.
The game characteristics are the same for both versions of the building.

The walls of the building are repainted in one of four colors - light yellow, apricot, light green, beige.

I highly recommend to use mod Painter for recoloring walls.

After building a building, you can choose one of five roof options:

• asbest shiver
  
• green metal
  
• grey metal
  
• red metal
  
• brown shiver

To select a roof option, you need the Building Variations mod.
The building will work without the BuildingVariations mod, but you will not be able to change the type of roof.

This asset should be used with the Ploppable RICO mod.
You can also use a newer Ploppable RICO Revisited.
Without RICO this is a unique buildings without any functions and parameters!

House models use the same textures, so I recommend using Loading Screen Mod to save memory your PC.
