MGSV Fulton & Storage Boxes

I really liked the Fulton mod in the workshop, not for use with npcs but i though about using it to effectively realocate cargo around maps by just marking a place and placing the Fulton on cargo... well to hurry the process up i managed to find another addon that added perfect boxes to carry cargo around, so i made this mix here and removed the npc screaming sound from the fulton addon since i didn't personally liked them (they also played in inaccurate npcs). YOU CAN still use the Fulton on npcs i didn't changed anything, i blacklisted some stuff like large creatures such as the Antlion Guard so they cant be manipulated by the Fulton.
