@Shabby I wish too. Sadly the model base pose is this one and if i would want to put it in a T pose I would have to pose it manually which wouldn't be very great. And the eye issue is sth I dunno how to fix, for now atleast.

i wish it was in a T-pose and not posed. his right eye is glitched when you move both of his eyes
