Simple Drowning System V2

Why V2? Steam wouldn't let me update the first one to fix the typo that made it not work at all. Plus some minor improvements. If you find other bugs, let me know in the comments.

Features:

Convars:

• drown_enabled
  (default true) - Enable/disable the addon
  
• drown_breath
  (Default 10000 - 10 seconds) - Amount of time players can hold their breaths in ms
  
• drown_dmg
  (Default 10) - Amount of damage players take per hit
  
• drown_delay
  (Default 1000 - 1 second) - Amount of time between hits while drowning in ms
  
• drown_waterlevel
  (Default head) - What bodylevel you begin to drown at (feet, waist or head) -- players can technically swim without their waist underwater, so use 'feet' for swimming in general
  
• drown_credit
  (Default 30) - How many seconds can elapse after player damage for it to be
  counted as a kill (0 to disable credit system)

Note: does not affect players in seats
