Adds Construction Workers to the population of Paradise. You'll find these hard hats in areas under heavy city work. That is, as long as they're not on break!

in layman's terms of the description, if you come across a construction worker in a place that's not a construction area, then you're fine. However, if you're in a construction area like the first half of the east side of Paradise Mall, then they'll take you out

Why in the screenshot do they use sledge hammers while ingame they use just shovels

if it doent show up, then
1.unsubscribe from the mod
2. go to postal 2
3. purge workshop
4.subscribe to mod again
5. if it shows up, your welcome, if it does not, then repeat steps 1-4 untill you get it.
