In-Water Explosion SFX Fix

A simple mod that fixes/adds sounds for nukes going off in water. Without this mod, nukes exploding at sea are completely silent, but now you can enjoy the crisp, ominous sound of a nuclear blast as you create radioactive tsunamis and kaiju origin stories.

This mod only affects explosions in the base game. It may have compatibility issues with mods that introduce new explosions/weapons. As usual, try changing the load order or disabling other mods if you run into problems.
