Zubr .357 Variant

This mod adds a seperate variant of the Zubr revolver that uses a new .357 Magnum cartridge. This variant weighs a bit more, has higher recoil and lower muzzle velocity but compensates this by having way higher damage. It can reliably one-shot kill an enemy with level I armor to the chest at close range.

Compatibility

The Zubr .357 can use the Yorris sight and pistol flashlights. As there are no .357 magazines in vanilla Arma 3, this mod includes the new caliber as well. If you want to add magazines to your own mod that are compatible with this weapon, use the Magazinewell "SCM_357_Magnum_MW".

Language

The weapon and magazine are translated to every available language of Arma 3.

Weapon Statistics

The revolver itself mainly has the same stats as its .45 ACP counterpart. Recoil has been increased because of the bigger cartridge while muzzle velocity has been reduced to 380 m/s (like the real Rhino revolver in .357). Damage value for the .357 Magnum bullet is 8 (.45 ACP has 5).
