Stronger Han Empire Garrisons

Just like the title says, this mod buffs the garrisons of Han Empire-owned territory. With this mod, Wang Yun's/Huangfu Song's lands are no longer the "free real estate" lands you can easily grab. This is not a mod that makes your game easier. That is, unless you're playing Dong Zhuo or managed to grab the emperor really early, then enjoy watching the AI having to work harder in conquering Han Empire lands.

Do note, because the Han Empire don't upgrade their settlements, I took the liberty to upgrade lvl 1-2 counties from half stacks (4 units) to a full stack (7 units). Only the garrisons were buffed, the Han Empire personality was not altered.

If you want to "torture" yourself even more, then I suggest playing this mod alongside this Aggressive Han mod by Deathy https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2507975864 This mod makes the Han Empire build more armies and retaliate against their enemies.

This mod is compatible with most mods except for those that modify the same garrisons for the Han Empire faction.

## Disclaimer ##

The garrison-change will take place in turn 2 for the AI Han Empire. Which means, your turn 1 missions will not be hampered by the buffed up garrisons. The AI's garrisons will also be replenishing once turn 2 hits, and not at full strength.

You as the player or any other faction, will not inherit the buffed up garrisons once you conquer, annex or confederate Han Empire territory. The garrisons are only exclusive to the Han Empire faction alone. Lands newly conquered by Han Empire armies will have the garrisons converted to their buffed up versions.
