Modified "Double Jump!" by Willox

Modified version of the mod created by Willox, saving momentum when double jumping
Also double jumping no longer saves from certain death always, meaning it will only add velocity and not replace the current velocity.
For example if you're falling at near max speed, then you will still take fall damage and die. But you are still able to double jump when not moving. Turning it into a movement ability and away from a saving ability.
