Yes, for real, it's the Ultimate model pack of Ryuji Sakamoto, a second year student in Shujin Academy and a Phantom Thief who goes by the codename Skull, featuring:

• 28 character models from Persona 5 and Persona 5 Royal
  
• 3 character models from Persona 5: Dancing in Starlight
  
• 5 character models from Persona 5 Strikers
  
• All 3 awakening personas (Captain Kidd, Seiten Taisei and William)
  
• Ryuji's weapons: a shotgun and a pipe-thing
  
• Various skins and bodygroups available depending on the model (hair colours and styles, removable head accessories, etc)
