No Minor Faction Hacking

描述
Removes the ability of Minor factions, Pirates, and The Academy to offensively hack player and AI Major factions. HOWEVER, Minor factions, Pirates, and The Academy will still use "tracing" to defend themselves from Major faction hacks. This significantly cuts down on the amount of notifications and pop ups related to hacking, and makes offensive hacks toward your faction, more significant.

This mod is compatible with balancing and overhaul mods, such as "ESG Mod" and "Enhanced Space 2" but MUST be loaded over them or this mod will not work.

This will disable steam achievements unless you are using Cobbs Achievement Enabler

Wish there was a mod that disabled or changed the way minor faction traces worked. I wish there was some sort of way that hacking had actual mechanics outside of player vs player. Minor factions/pirates can't do anything without traces, and once they get them, they instantly detect your hacks

This is a required mod imo. Still works fine after the last update. Excellent work. :)

Is there a way to turn off the hacking system all together or would you be willing to make a mod that does this?
