Backstory: Many locals still support the royal rule and want prince Farid to take his rightful place at the throne which has helped with cooperation between the task force and the locals. Some of the locals in this rural area of Uregistan have been very cooperative and supplied solid intel on enemy movement and logistics.

Briefing: One of our assets who has been giving us important intel for a long time now has been captured is is probably being tortured for information. He has been taken from his home and brought to an house near a river. Rescue the asset.
Uregistan was ruled by Aabid the III and his son and prince Farid the II the heir to the throne. It was a stable country until natural disasters destroyed the main industrial area in Uregistan which crippled the economy and resulted in increased poverty and lack of food and water. Extremist groups used to opportunity to recruit people and start a rebellion with ended with the death of Aabid the III by a mob and his son Farid the II being imprisoned by the rebels.

Several countries reacted to this as well as the UN which demanded a cease of hostilities and the release of prince Farid the II. The demand by the international community were not met and a task force was formed to help establish a new democratic goverment and bring peace to the country.
