Tachometer Overhaul

描述
In this mod you will notice a new tachometer design which gives more detail and realism to it. I felt like the current tachometer was lacking from a design standpoint and it could be made better, so that's what I did. Enjoy!

Mod is multiplayer friendly.

@jpcarstech Thanks! I really wanted something a bit more clean and detailed at the same time. I think I nailed it and couldn't find anything else to change based on how the tach works in the engine.

@Yudoken Unfortunately it is not. There are very harsh limitations with the UI for Wreckfest. The only things you're able to modify is tachometer and minimap. Everything else is off limits.

This mod is great but I would like to only enable the tachometer and disable any other hud element. Is that possible via a mod?
