ZT's Earth 21 Addendum

This mini-mod is an addendum to my ZT's Earth 21 mod with 11 more pre-set empires.

Updated for Overlord & new patches. Let me know if you find any issue. A couple civics have changed.

The original mod depicts a late 21st century version of Earth in (what the modder believes to be) a geopolitically realistic scenario. It is neither a utopia nor a post-apocaliptic hellhole, but a fractured world with many problems and many great advancements, dominated by four superpowers (China, India, the U.S., Europe), right before large-scale spaceflight really kicks in.

This pack adds a couple more pre-set empires from alternative scenarios to the same overall theme; some (IMHO) plausible, some less so (but still cool).

• an expanded ASEAN-like union of smaller nations in Littoral East Asia
  
• an America ruled by Big Tech
  
• an America where the military had to take over
  
• an eco-socialist Europe
  
• a grand transatlantic federation
  
• a Europe where Russia took over
  
• a new Russia that thrives in a world of turmoil
  
• a scenario where Pan-Arabism succeeded
  
• the African Union, always having been on the less realistic side, has been moved here from the original mod
