Drone Bay Mod with Drones

As the title suggests this MOD gives players some Hangar Bays and Drones for corvettes, gunships and frigates. Since at the moment we cannot limit what fighters get put into hangars, I changed the pricing to better reflect the difference and to limit a player from purchasing the larger more powerful fighters during the early stages of the game.

Changes:

*Fighters now cost in the millions instead of ~50k (to be balanced)

*Starter Drone cost remains ~30k

*Removed Cougar Interceptor, added Cougar Drone (new stat / old stat)

Maneuver: 1.90 / 1.50
Hull: 75 / 150
Light Dmg: 7.5 / 14
Heavy Dmg: 75 / 150
Fuel: 250 / 180
Prepare: 10 / 20

*Removed Zoex Interceptor, added Zoex Drone (new stat / old stat)

Cost: 500,000 / 64,240
Speed: 64 / 32
Maneuver: 2.0 / 1.6
Hull: 70 / 140
Light Dmg: 12.50 / 25
Heavy Dmg: 100 / 200
Fuel: 175 / 210
Prepare: 20 / 32
Count: 4 / 4

* Added 2 "Drone Bays" to the following ships;

Squire / Corsair / Piranha

*Added 1 "Drone Bay" to the follwing ships;

Shanghai / Vantage / Horizon


I choose the ships based on how I felt they ranked as far as weakest to second weakest in terms of firepower. The goal there was to bring them more in-line with their better weaponized counterparts.
