This is very simple addon that creates customizable announcement in the middle of the player's screen.
Any helpful advice is very appreciated.
If you have any idea to improve this addon, write to me, maybe your idea will turn out to be something nice.

• Type in chat ### and anything typed after it will be announced.
  
• Type in console advert and anything typed after it will be announced.
  Panel for color change
  
• Type ## in chat or AdvertC in console.
  
• First color mixer is for box color, second is for stripe color.
  
• You can also change title of announcement in panel.
