Smart Defense Systems was a corporation that manufactured electronics for military vehicles and installations. Their most iconic products are these primitive smart weapon designs iterated from previous rocket rifle platforms. Now obsolete, these firearms have been heavily exported to midworlds and the rim.


Pros:

• Fire over walls and terrain
  
• High projectile damage

Cons:

• Very low velocity
  
• Very low rate of fire
  
• Expensive to craft

Known issues:
(Vanilla) Colonists can't hunt with these weapons since they're defined as "explosive".
(Vanilla) Can be fired from under mountain roofs, cheese at your own discretion.
AI does not know how to aim these things and I dont blame them.
